Producer Sajid Nadiadwala is a happy man nowadays. Salman Khan will soon start shooting for his Kick in Mumbai. A special set is going to be created at Karjat, near Mumbai, where Salman goes for the Bigg Boss shoot.
After Sajid Nadiadwala’s London schedule for the film was cancelled because of Salman Khan’s visa woes, there was a strong buzz that the team will land up in Delhi for the shoot. But then the makers thought that it won’t be feasible for the star to shoot on the roads of the national capital considering his fan following.
Left with no option, Sajid Nadiadwala roped in the celebrated set designer Nitin Desai to recreate the streets of the national capital. “We realised it would have been a daunting task to shoot on the streets of Delhi, given Salman’s popularity with the masses. Nitin Desai is recreating Delhi at his studio,” a source is quoted as saying.
That’s how Salman Khan is bringing the broad roads of Delhi to the serene outskirts of Mumbai. For Kick, the actor will shift to his Panvel house as that would make travelling to Karjat easy peasy for him.
