Actor Abhay Deol’s black-eye protest over the supposed highhandedness of a music label has borne quick result with the matter over the music release of his film One By Two sorted out for good.
Viacom18 Motion Pictures, co-producer of One By Two, Thursday said that matters regarding the forthcoming films music release now stand clarified and resolved between all parties.
"We wish to clarify that T-series legitimately holds the rights to the music of 'One By Two' and producers are required to provide them the relevant link documents," a Viacom18 Motion Pictures spokesperson said in a statement.
"There was some misunderstanding regarding the factual positions and we are happy the same stands clarified and resolved between all parties," the spokesperson added.
Abhay Deol, who is making his debut as a producer with the film and also playing the male lead in it, earlier this week made a public outcry about the delay in the marketing and launch of "One By Two" music, blaming T-Series for it.
