Bollywood stunner Aishwarya Rai hasn’t given up Indian dresses if that’s what her recent Cannes appearances in Cavalli gowns made you believe.
The 40-year-old former beauty queen was spotted in a Sabyasachi dress outside the 10 Downing Street, which has been home to the British Prime Ministers for over 275 years now.
Aishwarya and her team was present in London in connection with her charity organization Aishwarya Rai Foundation, which is involved with the NGO 'Smile Train' - the world’s largest cleft lip charity.
The actress looked wow in a Sabyasachi Mukherjee dress that fused the ethnic elegance of the Indian lehenga with a rather mod, full-sleeved top. She complemented the look with Alexander McQueen black and gold buckle belt and the Deco Knucklebox clutch.
It can be recalled that in September last year, Ash’s pa-in-law Amitabh Bachchan was also the guest of honour at a reception hosted by British Prime Minister David Cameron's wife, Samantha Cameron at 10 Downing Street for a charity initiative for diabetes.
Back home, Aishwarya Rai has committed to director Sanjay Gupta’s film Jazbaa. The movie will be an action thriller and Gupta has roped in Spiro Razatos, a well-known Hollywood stunt director, to choreograph action sequence for Aishwarya.
