Paa is dad’s best performance: Abhishek Bachchan Paa
Amitabh Bachchan has given many a superlative performance in his successful acting career, but according to beta Abhishek Bachchan none of the performances comes close to what the sexagenarian superstar has delivered in Paa.

“Paa will be his best performance till date but at the same time with every character Paa plays. He improves and gives his best. I would say that he always comes out with his best till date with every new role,” Abhishek is quoted as saying by a news agency.

In the film directed by R. Balki, Abhishek plays father to Big B who plays a 12-year-old kid named Auro. Auro suffers from Progeria, a rare disorder that leads to premature ageing among kids.

“When Balki first told me, 'I want you to play father and son' my first reaction was 'What's new in that?' He then added 'I want you to play the father and Amitabh Bachchan the son'. This was an opportunity of a lifetime,” Abhishek told the agency.

The movie, set for release on December 4, is produced under the banner of AB Corp. Everyone from the Bachchan family is taking an active interest in the movie.

While Aishwarya Rai is taking part in deciding the promotional strategy of ‘Paa’, Jaya Bachchan introduces the characters of Amitabh and Abhishek at the start of the movie.
