Their marriage was just for a year. In an unfortunate development, telly world’s sweet couple has decided to end their marriage. Shraddha Nigam and Karan Singh Grover have filed for divorce.
The situation couldn’t get worse between the two. It’s believed that Karan, who is better known as Dr Armaan of ‘Dil Mil Gaye’, cheated on her and was having an extramarital affair with choreographer Nicole, with whom he participated in ‘Jhalak Dikhla Ja’.
Shraddha, however, doesn’t want to comment on it but confirms the news to a daily about the divorce, “We filed for divorce on Monday… It was my call to file for a legal separation. But it wasn’t a hasty decision; I took my time to think about it. It was a very tough decision to take, no doubt.”
The TV actress who became a household name with her debut serial ‘Choodiyan’ married Karan on 2 December 2008 in Goa. After that she kept a low profile and was not seen in any of the serials. Now, the girl has several plans as she moves on and wants to immerse herself in work.
