When Salman Khan flunked his Maths exam
Salman Khan is doubtlessly an artistic personality (he can act, paint, and even write) and a falling apple would inspire him to pick up the paint brush rather than pen a seminal tome on gravity.

Sharing a past memory with a tabloid, Salman recalled how he was afraid to face his father, noted scriptwriter Salim Khan, after flunking his maths exam.

“I remember once flunking in maths. I was terrified to face my father and tell him. Somehow I gathered the guts to tell him; to which he politely told me: ‘Exams are not the real test. Still, beta agli baar zara dhyaan se padhna,” Salman is quoted as saying.

In fact, Salman’s next film Veer, which he has written himself, is based on father-son relationship. When Salman first discussed with his dad the idea of writing the story, the senior Khan wasn’t very enthused.

But now that Salim Khan has seen the final script of the movie and also watched a few rushes, he can’t stop raving about his beta’s creativity.
