When it comes to family, Salman Khan is known to go all out in support of any member. Now, the actor has taken a step to push his brother-in-law Atul Agnihotri’s career as a producer, whose last film as director-producer Hello was a big time dud.

Salman reportedly asked producer Boney Kapoor, who was on the verge of buying the remake rights of the hit Malayalam movie ‘Bodyguard’, to let Atul have the rights instead. After the great Wanted success, Boney was thinking again of teaming up with Prabhudeva for this film. But now as Salman wants the movie for Atul, it would be directed not by Prabhudeva but by director Siddique, who had directed the original movie.

And as a source tells a daily, Boney, who is very close to Salman, doesn’t have any issues letting go of what might be a blockbuster remake.

As he tells a daily, “It’s fine if Atul will make it with Siddique. Salman was keen that Atul should make it and I have no issues whatsoever... Salman is family to me. I love fulfilling all his wishes and will always continue to do so.”
