Sherlyn Chopra is cricket-dumb!
She may not be able to tell a square cut from a hook, but one at least expected Sherlyn Chopra to know the players of Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) when she attended the special bash thrown recently by the IPL team’s owner Shahrukh Khan.

But surprise, surprise, surprise! The bombshell is cricket-dumb. So much so that she didn’t even know that Murali Kartik is a cricketer and mingled with him at the bash thinking he was just a guest invited to the party. Her embarrassment knew no bound when she learnt that Kartik has played international cricket for India and is presently a bankable player for KKR.

To her credit, Sherlyn has learnt her lesson from that incident. She doesn’t deny being a total ignoramus about cricket, but after the Murali Kartik episode, she decided to brush up her knowledge of KKR players.

For those who don’t know, Sherlyn had bumped into SRK a few weeks back and expressed her wish to be a cheerleader for his IPL team. But SRK quite graciously offered her to be a guest for the matches of his team.
