More mushy romance for Saif Ali Khan!

Recreating the old magic with Kunal Kohli

Love Aaj Kal was a superhit while Kurbaan bit the box office dust, making it clear to trade pundits as much to Saif Ali Khan that audiences like to see the actor in mushy romantic films.

Taking the cue, Saif is now set to team up once again with director Kunal Kohli whose romantic movie Hum Tum was a cornerstone in Saif’s acting career. Though Saif’s second coming with Kohli in Thoda Pyaar Thoda Magic was a flop, the actor hasn’t lost faith in Kohli’s directorial abilities.

We hear, Saif and Kohli have been discussing a script in the last few days and the actor has even given his consent to the project.

“Yes I am doing a film with Kunal. We intend to start the film by the end of this year,” Saif is quoted as saying by a tabloid.

In Kohli’s words, the film will have Saif playing a rich businessman who gets love “from the most unexpected quarter”. Who will be Saif’s leading lady in the film isn’t known.
