Sneha’s stalker caught by cops
The man who’s been harassing the Tamil actress is now behind bars

For months, the queen of smiles Sneha had been harassed by an admirer who had constantly been sending messages to her mobile phone. While most of his messages pestered the actress to marry him, some bordered on sexual harassment. Initially, Sneha decided to ignore the stalker, but when he began to intimidate her through his messages, she filed a police complaint.

According to reports, Sneha on Saturday approached the Chennai police and filed a complaint against the unknown stalker. The case was forwarded to cyber crime branch and an investigation team was formed to track down the man who’d been sending Sneha the lewd messages.

With information taken from the service provider the police traced the number to a 35-year-old real estate agent in Bangalore. Incidentally, the man was visiting Chennai at the time of the investigation and was arrested from T Nagar.

Though the person initially denied harassing the actress, he later conceded to sending her text messages. He has been remanded to judicial custody and his phone has been sent to cyber crime laboratory to verify the content of his messages to Sneha.

The actress is learnt to be relieved after his arrest.
