Romance, thrills, laughter, jubilation, dejection and unabashed public display of affection - all the ingredients of a Bollywood potboiler were packed in the entertaining weeks of whack-and-win cricket in the fourth season of Indian Premier League.

Once again, Shahrukh Khan roped in a few big stars from Bollywood to cheer for his team Kolkata Knight Riders, which had its best run this year of all of IPL tournaments so far. The likes of Priyanka Chopra and Hrithik Roshan came out to support SRK’s team.

Deepika Padukone and Siddharth Mallya cared a damn for the flashing cameras as they hugged and kissed while cheering for Royal Challengers Bangalore as the team’s henchman Chris Gayle butchered one bowler after another on the pitch. Shilpa Shetty and hubby Raj Kundra had their share of jubilation and disappointment as their team Rajasthan Royals gave a chequered performance throughout the tournament.

But it’s Elizabeth Hurley who takes the cake with her unstinted support for boyfriend Shane Warne, even sharing kisses with him in full view after the matches.
