Style divas’ fashion night out
It was a night of Vogue Beauty Awards and we witnessed a bevy of B-town babes making their way to the red carpet. Not only did Madhuri Dixit look a stunner at the event, we witnessed the Band Baaja Baaraat girl Anushka Sharma, sylphlike Dia Mirza, newbie Shraddha Kapoor, and also reigning Miss India World Kanishtha Dhankar.

If Madhuri took the safe route and went for an elegant gown, Anushka Sharma’s chic satin dress took our breath away. Not everyone can sport that look; you need attitude to carry the dress and also a pair of shapely long legs, which, of course, Anushka has. However, we were a bit disappointed with Dia Mirza; there was nothing vibrant about her look except that glow on her face. Lakme gal Shraddha Kapoor was also at the event and though we always like what she wears, this time her dress looked bland.

Miss India Kanishtha Dhankar donned a printed dress with an awful draping. But the stunning lassie confidently pulled off the look. We also saw the radiant Harleen Kaur, Miss India Earth 2011, in a pristine white gown. Yes, she did look like coming straight from the beauty contest.
