Singham is turning out to be a roaring success and Ajay Devgan too has been appreciated in his get-up and performance as the beefy cop, but he still can’t outshine the stylish copper of Dabangg played by Salman Khan.

According to the new ApunKaChoice poll, Salman Khan is the best onscreen cop. In the poll, we had asked our readers to vote for their favourite onscreen cop. The options were: Salman Khan in Dabangg, Ajay Devgan in Singham, Abhishek Bachchan in Dum Maaro Dum, Randeep Hooda in Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai, Vikram in Raavan, and Rajeev Khandelwal in Shaitan.

We got 2003 votes, out of which 71 percent voted for Salman Khan as their favourite cop. Though Salman had played a police officer in Wanted and a couple of previous films as well, his role as a rowdy and stylish cop in the last year’s blockbuster Dabangg won him maximum plaudits, including Best Actor awards.
