Amitabh Bachchan marked his return on our idiot boxes with his superhit reality show Kaun Banega Crorepati 5. And as the show went on air this week, we thought of bringing forth to you some other big-screen stars who have donned the anchor’s cap on the small screen.

Well, if Big B was a hit in KBC, how can our two Big Khans, Salman Khan and Shahrukh Khan, be left behind? Both Shahrukh Khan and Salman Khan have been loved as anchors on small screen. While Salman was the host of Bigg Boss 4 and Dus Ka Dum, Shahrukh Khan hosted Kaun Banega Crorepati 3 and Kya Aap Paanchvi Pass Se Tez Hain?. We are sure Salman Khan’s fans are waiting for Bigg Boss 5, since he will host the show this season also!

Khiladi Akshay Kumar, too, has tasted success on the small screen as an anchor with Khatron Ke Khiladi Season 1, 2 and 4, and MasterChef India. His Bhaagam Bhaag co-star Govinda also hosted a show named Jeeto Chappar Phaad Ke though that show’s makers had no chappar phaad profit.

Enough talking about the men! Now let’s throw some light on the beautiful ladies! Priyanka Chopra anchored the third season of Khatron Ke Khiladi. Though her anchoring was panned by the critics, she looked hot nonetheless!

Our international Indian celebrity Shilpa Shetty, and bubbly Preity Zinta, too, have donned the anchor’s cap.
