Love sans height barriers! When Kim Kardashian got her boyfriend in NBA star Kris Humphries, the question that crossed everyone’s mind was, doesn’t the vast height gap bother them. The sexy Kim looks elfin with 5’2” height in front of a giant-like Kris Humphries, who is approx 6’9”. Does Hollywood’s new it couple care for huge height difference between them? Nah!

When you’re in love nothing matters, believes singer-actress Hayden Panettiere of 5’1” height. She and her boxer beau Wladimir Klitschko (6’6”) don’t let the curious stares from the onlookers trouble them. Earlier this month when she was at the Ellen Degeneres show, Hayden Panettiere said: “He is quite a bit bigger than me. I get the rudest people come up to me, and they’re like, ‘Does it work?’” The question even shocked Ellen, but Hayden answered, “Where there’s a will, there’s a way!”

People were amused even when Hollywood star Tom Cruise married Katie Holmes after his divorce with actress Nicole Kidman in 2001. Both women possess great height. After the divorce, Nicole announced that she can wear the heels again. And with Katie, who has the height of 5’9, the height difference remains the same and gets highlighted when she gracefully walks in her high-heel Louboutins not caring a hoot for what others have to say.

The story doesn’t end here. There are many Hollywood stars who have married and dated much taller men and women. We bring to you some of these unusual celeb couples who are definitely head-turners (pun unintended) with that height mismatch.
