Nice but strictly traditional! Aishwarya Rai seems to have retired as a glam diva after being pregnant, to be a bahu-next-door. Taking a cue from her saas Jaya Bachchan and nanad Shweta Bachchan-Nanda (both like to wear Abu Jani-Sandeep Khosla creations), Aishwarya, too, wore a salwar suit in cream colour by the designer duo at the launch of Sri Hanuman Chalisa album.
Looking plump and peach, Aishwarya walked in grace, reminding us that she is a former beauty queen. Since it was a religious event, a salwar suit was a perfect choice. But the suit was hardly visible as Aishwarya chose to cover its silhouette along with the baby bump with the plain silk dupatta, and, alas, spoiled its overall look.
But we wonder why Ash has kept herself reserved for religious events only, and why the most beautiful woman of India and also a top actress wants to don only traditional dresses during her pregnancy?
However, one can’t miss to notice that no matter how Aishwarya Rai loves to keep herself in private, she continues to get attention, be it for her films, family or her being preggers.
