‘Ezham Arivu’ will open to packed houses!
Just a day to go! Suriya’s biggest film 7 Aum Arivu (Ezham Arivu) will hit the theaters on Diwali. Directed by the Ghajini fame A. R. Murgadoss, the film has created much hype and hoopla, thanks to the marketing blitzkrieg, and a grand music launch. The movie is going to release with 1000 prints.

The movie also stars Kamal Haasan’s beautiful daughter Shruti Haasan as a scientist while Suriya will be seen in a double role: as a circus artist and as a Buddhist monk. The film also has a surprise element as the handsome Vietnamese actor Johnny Tri Nguyen was signed to play the villain and not any Indian actor. Along with Shruti Haasan, the other female lead of the film is the bubbly young actress Abhinaya of ‘Nadodigal’ fame.

However, sources claim that the film drew inspiration from Christopher Nolan's last year’s hit Inception. However, the director Murugadoss dismissed the news, reasoning that he had begun shooting much before the release of Inception. After completing the film, he clarified that he had not been inspired or remade any film, also stating that Hollywood filmmakers can "feel free to remake 7aum Arivu”.

The audiences are eagerly waiting for the film releasing on Diwali, and as per reports the advance booking for 7 Aum Arivu began on October 19, 2011, and almost all the theatres are fully booked for the next five days.
