Sonam strikes gold at BT party |
It was a gala night for the B-town glitterati, and the hot gals knew what is expected from them. The night of Bombay Times anniversary bash turned out to be quite a happening one with stars walking in fanciful costumes. But the one who stood out with her golden glam look is Sonam Kapoor.
The fashion-forward Sonam Kapoor attended Bombay Times 17th anniversary bash wearing a couture Roberto Cavalli golden dress and looked 24-carat gold. Yes, she has taken the golden look of her upcoming film Players quite seriously, but from what we could see, the girl looked amazingly stunning in this outfit inspired from the 20s.
However, this time, it’s not Sonam Kapoor’s stylist behind her look but her dearest younger sister Rhea Kapoor.
Rhea tweeted: Styled @sonamakapoor for the bt party today in cavalli, inspired by the roaring 20's! #goforgold tell me how it went, I’m not there to see!
Later Rhea even tweeted, how she used baubles, which were from her mom Sunita Kapoor, and classic hair pins to adorn Sonam’s retro-inspired hairstyle. Must say, she did a commendable job, and Sonam carried off the entire look with much panache and oomph.
Others who were seen enjoying the party were Shahrukh Khan, Anil Kapoor, Sushmita Sen, Bipasha Basu, Abhishek Bachchan, and many other celebs.
