It was no less than profanity in her country and for India too it was too much of a bold cover. The Pakistani actress Veena Malik however maintained that she went topless, not nude for the cover.
Veena Malik made this admission to CNN in a telephonic interview. Veena said that there is a big difference between topless and being nude. However, the recent reports suggest that indeed she was wearing a thong below, which was later airbrushed. But apparently the actress and FHM magazine had pre-decided that Veena would send a defamation notice to the magazine and the magazine in turn would then send her a counter-notice.
