The Dirty Dozen
Four beautiful brides. Four swindlers posing as rich prospective grooms. Four snarky fathers-in-law hell-bent on getting their daughters married to the richest guy around. Add to the menagerie a bit of confusion arising out of similar names and you have the potential of a laugh riot in this Friday’s release Housefull 2.

The movie stars a good number of actors from Bollywood. Take a deep breath and read these names: Akshay Kumar, John Abraham, Ritesh Deshmukh, Shreyas Talpade, Asin, Jacqueline Fernandez, Zarine Khan, Shazahn Padamsee, Randhir Kapoor, Rishi Kapoor, Mithun Chakraborty and Boman Irani. They make THE DIRTY DOZEN in the film.

Sajid Khan, known for rustling up blockbuster comedies, is the director once again, while Sajid Nadiadwala is the producer.

Housefull 2 is second instalment in the Housefull franchise that began in 2010. With the exception of Akshay Kumar and Ritesh Deshmukh all the other actors have been changed in the sequel.

However, Sajid Khan says that ‘Housefull 2’ is not exactly a sequel.

“Technically it is not a sequel, as a sequel means Part 2 continues from where Part 1 was left...It is like Bond film, where the first film has nothing to do with the second or third film in the series,” Sajid Khan is quoted as saying.
