You have seen her in the latest Parachute body lotion ad wearing a red sari and trying to entice her husband with her smooth skin. The oh-so-beautiful Evelyn Sharma is a popular face in the modeling world and has now even managed to get a big Bollywood project. Evelyn will be seen in Ranbir Kapoor’s film Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani, which also stars Deepika Padukone in the lead role.

Soon Evelyn Sharma will be seen in the video with Euphoria’s lead singer Palash Sen for the band’s new song. It can be recalled that Vidya Balan too had shot with the singer for one of his song videos before she became a Bollywood star. Evelyn is happy to be associated with the band. She says, “Euphoria has introduced many popular faces including Vidya Balan and Neha Dhupia…” Evelyn hopes for the same magic to work for her that did wonders for Vidya.


From modeling to films! Entering movies was a personal choice for Evelyn, who has an Indian father and a German mother. The actress’ middle name is Lakshmi. Not just in Bollywood, Evelyn is looking for a right script in Tamil as well. She is friends with the director Shankar and also with Tamil star Vikram.

Being a face for the famous brands like Biba and walking the ramp for some of the big designers, Evelyn played her cards well. She is also gearing up for Manish Tiwary’s Issaq opposite Prateik Babbar and veteran filmmaker Pramod Chakravorty’s grandson Prateek Chakravorty’s debut film From Sydney With Love apart from Ayan Mukherji’s Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani under Dharma Productions.
