Aishwarya Rai too protective of Aaradhya?
Why’s Aishwarya Rai not letting the world see her baby, and not letting the baby see the world!

Aishwarya Rai too protective of Aaradhya?

For a seven month old baby, there’s a lot to admire in this wonderful world but how much can she when ensconced in a baby carrier, concealed behind caps, tucked close to her mom, faced away from the world. Yes, we are talking about Aaradhya Bachchan and whether her protective mom Aishwarya Rai is going a little overboard in hiding the baby from the world, and consequently hiding the world from the baby.

The need for privacy is understood and respected, but there’s been a pattern to suggest that the princessly Aaradhya is being brought up rather too protectively by the Bachchans. Firstly, the confirmation of the little one’s name did not come from the family for months even when the whole world knew about it.

Then came the block-and-tackle tactics to keep Aaradhya’s face hidden from the paparazzi. The few occasions Aishwarya Rai has been clicked with her baby -- at Nice airport in France, at Mumbai Airport, and now in London -- the little one has invariably been hidden well behind clothing and caps, face dug into her mom’s chest, much to the media’s chagrin at having to be content with just capturing the baby’s back, and bared arms.

How does Aaradhya look? That’s the question many have been itching to know the answer to and a lucky fan in London did get a look at her in Bicester and explained roughly the facial features of Aaradhya, but to little help.

Somewhere down the line, Aishwarya Rai and the Bachchans have got to ease up, let the baby some air, some light, a good sight of the things and people around so that when the little one is asked “What does the world look like” one day, she shouldn’t be as clueless as the media and fans are today about Aaradhya’s appearance.
