Sridevi is wonderful and so is her daughter Jhanvi Kapoor. The teenager has always helped her mother with the latest of fashion trends, and now is slowly making a mark for herself as a teenager style icon. Recently at the Blenders Pride Fashion Tour held in Mumbai, Jhanvi was the cynosure of all eyes.

It’s learnt that after Jhanvi Kapoor made an appearance at the fashion show, there were many who approached her with rampwalk offers, praising her for her stylish looks. At the event, she was seen in a short off-shoulder dress by Nandita Mahtani. Not to be missed, Jhanvi styled herself pretty well with a sling bag and side braid. Not over-the-top like some glam bimbo, but sweet and stylish like a teenager.

So, it’s not hard to think why Jhanvi is Sridevi’s fashion guide, but the actress mother wants her daughter to finish her studies first before making up her mind about the professional she wishes to choose. Jhanvi is just 15, and while talking to a daily, Sridevi said, “Give her some space to make up her mind about what she wants to do with her life. I know these days kids know their minds very soon in life.”

Later, Sridevi even added that Bollywood is a beautiful industry. If either of her daughters chooses to be in the industry, she’d be most happy. Papa Boney Kapoor is also not unaware of Jhanvi’s growing popularity especially among the fashion fraternity. However, like Sridevi, he too wants her to complete her studies.

Boney says, “It got me quite a lot of appreciative comments from the tall ladies in high heels on the ramp. As far as I’m concerned, ramp-walking is where the limelight ends for Jhanvi for now.”
