Playing for Keeps
Gerard Butler already has loads of ladies swooning over him; imagine how crazy his females fans would go watching him as a soccer player. Playing for Keeps, starring Butler and renowned actresses Jessica Biel and Catherine Zeta-Jones, is all set to hit the Indian theatres this December.

The film centres on George (Gerard Butler), a former footballer who is trying to reconcile with his family. To perhaps make up for his past mistakes, Butler begins with coaching his son’s soccer team which comprises of a bunch of sweet little kids.

Though George’s ex-wife Stacie (Jessica Biel) is happy with the fact that the father and son are finally spending some time together, having being with the star player for some years, she knows things cannot stay hunky-dory with him around.

Meanwhile, George, who somewhere in his heart wants his wife back, is having a tough time dealing with an ex sports-announcer Denise (Catherine Zeta-Jones). Na, not that he owes her money, but just that she keeps making things hot for him -- and that is the last thing a husband looking to reconcile with his wife wants.

Playing for Keeps is though not being promoted extensively in India; the loyal fans of Butler will anyway find their way to the movies. Catch the lovable trailer of the film below and some stills from the film on the following pages.
