Vampires have for long been a figment of imagination for many; and what makes them so relatable is still a mystery. Perhaps the fact that they look like humans (extremely pale-complexioned humans, mind you) works for them. Whatever be the case, vampires are one of the most read-about, and watched fictional characters on TV and in cinema halls.
The year 2012 was certainly a memorable one for vampire suckers (not in the literal sense). Without any surprises for guessing, on the top of the Hollywood’s vampire movies of 2012 list is The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2.
Ever since Twilight released in 2008, the romance between Edward Cullen (Robert Pattinson) and Bella Swan (Kristen Stewart) made for a rattling love story. Though Breaking Dawn 2 was sadly the last installment of the Twilight film franchise, the series got a fitting end.
The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2 saw the Cullens stand against The Volturi for their newest family member Renesmee. Apart from their fellow vampire mates, the Cullens also got support from Jacob (Taylor Lautner) and the rest of his werewolf family. While the film series has now concluded, Twilight will remain in the hearts of Twihards FOREVER (befittingly the last word of the ‘Breaking Dawn’ novel).
