Yummy mummy Aishwarya Rai is back to being the svelte self we knew until pregnancy changed a few of her vital stats beyond recognition.
Rome wasn’t built in a day, nor is the post-pregnancy flab shed in a fortnight. While the fashion police and style town-criers have been unrelentingly sniffing at the cherubic Aishwarya Rai making appearances at international events like Cannes without caring to lose the post-baby kilos, the actress, it appears, was snailing all along to her fit self at her own chosen speed.
Going by some of Aishwarya’s recent appearances, the actress is all but her pre-baby fit self, with that hourglass slowly beginning to show again.
But this fitness wasn’t achieved just cooling her heels. We hear that the 39-year-old actress has begun her Yoga sessions and is also regular in functional training at home. Ash has never been known to be a gym junkie, so she prefers more moderate methods of regaining her slimness.
If reports are to go by, Aishwarya Rai might also sign her comeback film by mid-2013 because by then Aaradhya Bachchan would be well over a year and half old. The only problem is that the mom-daughter are now so tightly bonded to each other that Ash can’t hope to go for long outdoor shooting schedules without Aaradhya.
