Bipasha Basu and Genelia D'Souza found themselves rooting for opposite teams in the recent Celebrity Cricket League (CCL) clash between Bengal Tigers and Veer Marathi.

Needless to say Genelia was cheerleading her hubby Riteish Deshmukh’s team Veer Marathi while the Bong beauty Bipasha Basu sided with home team, Bengal Tigers. However, there was only healthy competition between the two teams and their pretty cheerleaders, as they laughed, joked and even posed for photographs together.

Also seen at the match was Sridevi with her husband Boney Kapoor. The duo was supporting Bengal Tigers.

Bipasha Basu, who flew to Hyderabad especially for the match, tweeted: “Just landed in Hyderabad for CCL. Love this city and love cricket! Looking forward to an exciting day!”

In case you are wondering who won the match, well, it was an interesting contest between the two sides, and though Bengal Tigers did let out a loud roar or two, but it was Veer Marathi who registered their first win in the ongoing tournament.

Genelia D’Souza, who was seen jumping with joy in the stands (see images ahead), tweeted: “OUR 1st WIN”.
