The Hangover 3
24 May 2013, the release date of The Hangover III, is already marked on my calendar; the troika -- Bradley Cooper (Phil), Ed Helms (Stu) and Zach Galifianakis (Alan) -- is back and this time, they are in for perhaps the most adventurous ride of their life.
While the debut trailer of The Hangover Part III was all fun and frolic, this second trailer gives an insight into the plot of the much-awaited film. At the funeral of his father, the demented man-child Alan innocently says, ‘I can’t believe my daddy is dead; I can think of so many people I would rather have died first, like my mother.’
Poor Alan has been off his meds for almost six months and his well-wishers Stu, Phil and Doug (Justin Bartha) decide to admit him to a rehab and promise he’ll come back a changed man; the audience doesn’t want him to change though, do they?
While on their way to the rehab, the wolfpack is attacked by some baddies who are looking for Mr. Chow (Ken Jeong). The elusive guy stole 21 million dollars from the goons and considering all the history the trio has with Chow, they are the best men to get him back. Although Doug is abducted by the baddies as a collateral security, Alan wishes it was Stu instead of him. Wink.
