The shooting of Salman Khan’s action movie Kick began in Glasgow on July 27 but there was reportedly an unfortunate accident on the sets.
The very first day of the shoot of Kick didn’t go smoothly. It’s learnt that director-producer Sajid Nadiadwala was filming an action sequence when a speeding car rammed into a historic building and damaged a part of the wall of the chambers.
The action scene was NOT being filmed on Salman Khan but on his co-actor Randeep Hooda when the accident happened. Reportedly, no one was injured but the Glasgow City Council has taken a note and will reportedly demand damages from the film’s production unit.
Sajid Nadiadwala chose this Scottish city over other favourites, like London, because he wanted to set action in a city that’s not been much exposed to Indian audiences. And Glasgow, also rich in history, makes for a good location.
Reportedly, the shooting team is taking utmost care to not be of any hindrance to the locals or their business during the shoot. Salman Khan will begin shooting his scenes this week.
