Sunny Leone goes south
Bollywood actresses are open to doing item songs down south, and Sunny Leone is no different. The actress will be seen in a hot look in the forthcoming Tamil film Vadacurry.
For the movie, Sunny Leone has donned a sensuous desi look with gajra adorning her hair. The song featuring her was shot over two days in Chennai and the actress apparently charged a whopping Rs 1 crore for the cameo.
The trailer and the first look poster of Sunny Leone's song were released recently. The highlight of the song is that Sunny also wears a traditional (pavaada thavani) dress in it.
The item song actually comes as a dream sequence in the film, says director Saravana Rajan. Hero Jai becomes happy when his friends present him a Korean mobile, assuming it to be a high-end phone. And then starts the song. The boy dances with Sunny Leone in his dreams.
Vadacurry has actor Jai playing a simple Chennai boy who gets into trouble because of a high-end mobile. In the movie he is seen romancing the pretty Swathi Reddy. The story of the movie revolves around a Korean mobile and an iPhone.
The movie has got an interesting plot narrated in a comical way. Actor RJ Balaji also plays an important role. The music is composed by two newcomers: Mervin Solomon and Vivek Siva.
The trailer of the movie has received an overwhelming response. Vadacurry also marks Sunny Leone's entry in the southern cinema.
