Miss World is in a dilemma: before she can decide whether or not she wants to join Bollywood at the conclusion of her international contracts in November this year, she must know if any Indian hero will stand shoulder to shoulder with her.
Miss Yukta Mookhey, who stands five feet ten inches in her stockings, says that the attitude of the people has to change before she can be accepted. In Hollywood, she said, it was not uncommon for the heroine to be taller than the hero.
And though she said in an informal chat that she had still not made up her mind about what career she wanted to take up after completing her international assignments as part of the Miss World contract, 'I am sure the media will be the first to find out when I decide.'
Miss World, who was here in connection with the announcement of the International Indian Film Awards being presented at the Skyscape in the Millennium Dome in London on June 24 which she will be hosting, admitted that there were some males like Abhishek Bachchan who did come up to her height.
Well-known filmmaker Ramesh Sippy, who was also present at the press meet, quipped: 'We welcome you in anticipation.'
