SCOOP!! & NEWS Case registered against Nana Patekar13th May 2005 14.13 IST By Agencies A case has been registered against Nana Patekar for allegedly threatening a businessman with his gun near Vashi in Mumbai. Businessman Utkarsh Morarma had an argument with the actor over a minor accident that occurred on the Ghatkopar-Mankhurd link road in northeast Mumbai around 4.30 p.m. on Thursday, police said in Mumbai today. 
Later, when the two vehicles stopped at the toll station, Patekar first abused Morarma, hit him on face, then showed his gun and threatened to kill him, according to the complaint by the businessman.
