Nepal Film Festival honours Bollywood stars 12th July 2005

The evergreen Dev Anand will be honoured with a Special Award for his inspiration to the Nepalese film industry, during the week-long National Film Festival in Kathmandu.
Anand is expected to be in Kathmandu during the festival that kicked off in the Nepalese capital on Monday.
Legendary Bollywood actress Mala Sinha was chosen for a 'critic award' for a film she acted in the 1960s.
Sinha, a Nepali heroine who went on to vow Bollywood in the 1960s and '70s, was however not present to receive the award for her role in 'Maitighar', one of the early Nepalese films released in 1966.
Bollywood actress Manisha Koirala , another Nepali, is also likely to attend the festival.
