HOME | SCOOP!! & NEWS | HAPPENINGS Khushboo surrenders over defamation suit16th Nov 2005 09.15 IST By Agencies Film actress Khushboo , whose remarks on pre-marital sex created a stir, approached a Mettur magistrate court on Tuesday to surrender but was told by court officials to present herself tomorrow, as the magistrate was not present. She, however, recorded her presence in the court register. 
On November 11, judicial magistrate II S Sridharan issued a non-bailable warrant against the actress for her failure to appear in court in connection with a defamation suit filed against her for her remarks. Meanwhile, the Madras High Court on Tuesday reserved its order on an anticipatory bail application by Khushboo, who apprehended arrest following the issue of an NBW against her.
