HOME | SCOOP!! & NEWS | HAPPENINGS Khushboo might be in trouble again?18th Feb 2006 16.30 IST By Agencies Film star Khushboo could be in trouble again as a city advocate on Friday sought initiation of the suo moto contempt of court action against her alleging that she made derogatory remarks against courts while commenting on the summons issued to Bollywood actresses, Shilpa Shetty and Reema Sen , by a court in Madurai on February 14. The advocate, T Dakshinamoorthy, told a news agency that he had sent telegrams to the Chief Justice of the Madras High Court and the city Judicial Magistrate, to take suo moto contempt action against Khushboo for making "derogatory remarks against courts and judges." 
He had filed the case against the Editor of a Tamil eveninger and Shetty and Sen in connection with the publication of "obscene pictures" (depicting the two actresses) in judicial magistrate court II which had directed the two actresses and the publisher of the eveninger to appear on Mar 10. Khushboo, who faced a series of protests and cases for her observation on premarital sex, had made the "derogatory remarks to two television news channels on Feb 15," the advocate said. Dakshinamoorthy claimed that Khushboo's comments were not related to the case pending against the actresses in the Magistrate Court, but "derogatory remarks against courts in general." The advocate said he would also file a contempt petition against Khushboo.
