A court in Jodhpur on Monday transferred the criminal revision petition of Salman Khan , Tabu and Sonali Bendre challenging framing of charges against them in a poaching case relating to 1998 to another court.
The case, which cropped up during the shooting of film Hum Saath Saath Hain at Kankani, will now come up for hearing before the court of Additional District Judge, Jodhpur, on April 5.
District and Sessions Judge BS Surana transferred the revision petition, filed by advocate HM Saraswat on behalf of the cine stars, to the court of Additional District Judge, Jodhpur.
The criminal revision petition was filed against the order of the Judicial Magistrate, Jodhpur, who framed charges against Salman under the Indian Penal Code, the Wild Life Protection Act and the Indian Arms Act.
A similar petition by Saif Ali Khan and Neelam was also pending in the District and Sessions Court in Jodhpur and is listed for hearing on April 22.
