HOME | SCOOP!! & NEWS | HAPPENINGS Salman Khan's mother hospitalised11th Apr 2006 10.02 IST By Agencies Salma Khan, mother of Salman Khan , was admitted to Leelavati Hospital in suburban Bandra late Monday evening after she reportedly suffered "a shock" following the jail sentence ordered to Salman in the black buck poaching case. Hospital authorities said that Salma has been admitted, but the nature of ailment will be clear only after all necessary investigations were performed. 
Salman's elder brother Sohail Khan was among those present at the hospital when Salma was admitted, sources said. Salman's possible ouster from the Hindi film industry, following a court verdict sentencing the actor to five years' rigorous imprisonment in the Chinkara poaching case, may put many projects in Bollywood in limbo as an estimated Rs 100 crore is believed to be at stake on the dashing actor.
