Salman Khan , facing trial in a third poaching case after being convicted in two others earlier, was allowed on Wednesday by a Jodhpur court to go abroad for shooting and asked to report on his return.
Salman's counsel H M Saraswat filed separate pleas in the District & Session Court, where he is challenging his conviction in two cases of black buck poaching and in the court of Jodhpur Judicial Magistrate, which is trying the third case, seeking permission to travel abroad to shoot for David Dhawan 's upcoming film 'Partner'.
Shooting for the movie is scheduled at Bangkok from September 25.
Salman was earlier granted permission for a foreign trip between September 14 and 24 by the local court.
The two courts have now allowed him to travel abroad after appearing in the Sessions Court on September 25 for hearing on his appeals.
Salman and co-stars Saif Ali Khan , Tabu , Sonali Bendre and Neelam have been charged for the alleged poaching of two endangered black bucks in 1998 at Kankani near Jodhpur during the shooting of the film Hum Saath Saath Hain .
Salman was earlier sentenced to prison for a year and fined Rs 5,000 for a poaching case at Bhawad, and sentenced to five years in prison and fined Rs 25,000 for another case of poaching at Ghora Farm by the Jodhpur court.
