Janasheen has Fardeen Khan playing a young and reckless guy named Lucky Kapoor. Lucky lives in Australia and is strongly driven by his dream of becoming a Super Bike Racing champion.

Lucky to return to India for a short while.
Once in India he meets Jessica [Celina Jaitley], a famous violinist with a tragic past. She is in love with Lucky since she was a child. But she lost him when he went away to Australia and never came back.
And now when Lucky returns after so many years, the seed of love sprouts in his heart too. But the tragedy of life is such that Jessica has to hide secrets and carry the burden of lies inside her, which affects her relationship with Lucky.
The film also has Feroz Khan playing Saba Karim [Feroz Khan], a fugitive from Afghanistan now living in Australia. Saba is a rich and ruthless businessman who finds a likeness to his dead son in Lucky.
