Jennifer Kotwal Biography Jennifer had her tryst with showbiz when she was doing her graduation in Economics from Mumbai’s HR College. Her good looks made modeling a natural choice for her. Soon, she was doing ads with the likes of Bollywood biggies like Shah Rukh Khan and Amitabh Bachchan.
But Jennifer wanted to do something challenging. She was interested in acting and soon got her big break on television with serial ‘Just Mohabbat’ that became quite a hit with young viewers. And before Jennifer knew it, producers from film industry were knocking on her door.
Instead of being a Mumbai girl, Jennifer carved a niche for herself in Kannada film industry with her superhit film ‘Jogi’ with Shivrajkumar. The movie’s tremendous success made Jennifer a household name in Karnataka.
Jennifer moved to Bollywood with a leading role opposite Himesh Reshammiya in a film titled ‘Mudh Mudh Ke Na Dekkh Mudh Mudh Ke’.
Incidentally, Jennifer was first offered the lead role opposite Himesh in Satish Kaushik’s ‘Karzzzz’. However, Jennifer had certain issues with the clauses in the contract with the film’s producers. But when she heard the story of ‘Mudh Mudh Ke’, Jennifer says she loved it so much that she gave her nod immediately.
