Stars descend at 59th Filmfare Awards 2012 South. The big night saw the who's who of south Indian cinema strutting their stuff on the red carpet. Bollywood diva Deepika Padukone was the main attraction of the night and was spotted catching up with Kamal Haasan, while actors Vikram, Mahesh Babu, Dhanush were caught chatting sitting at the front row.

The ladies who dazzled at the event were Nayanthara, Shruti Haasan, Trisha, Kajal Agarwal, Richa Gangopadhyay, Ramya, and Tamanna. Shruti Haasan and Tamanna were also among the star performers of the night. Dhanush, whose ‘Aadukulam’ won five awards at the function, also performed a song on stage.

Abbas, Karthi, Laksmi Manchi, Khushboo and many others graced the event.
High on razzmatazz, the 59th Filmfare Awards 2012 South was presented on the evening of 7th July 2012 at the Sports Development Authority of Tamil Nadu, Chennai. The event was attended by the bigwigs of South Indian film industru including Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada.
