The cast of the movie -Om Puri and Ila Arun, along with several television and film stars attended the premiere of ‘West is West.’

West is West is a sequel to the well acclaimed movie East is East. West is West stars the original cast and takes the Khan family on a journey from Manchester to Pakistan. It’s 1976 and the now much diminished, but still eccentric, Khan Family continues to struggle for survival. The youngest Khan, Sajid, is a teen in crisis. Isolated and bored, he resorts to bunking off school and shoplifting useless items to spice up a dull life. In a last attempt to make a good son of him, his father decides to pack him off to family in the Punjab. And it's not long before the rest of the Khan clan follows him...
Coming back to the event, it surely was a starry premiere. We spotted some lovey dovey couples at the premiere: Ronit Roy and Mansi Joshi, Sameer Soni and Neelam, Juhi Babbar and Anup Soni. Actress Neena Gupta was captured in a nice saffron kurti while Ila Arun and her daughter were in full masti mood they even danced at the premiere.

TV actor Manav was also seen with his wife Shweta (who gave us a cute picture), Adnan Sami and his wife were also there. Others spotted at the event were comedian Raju Srivastava, actor Ashmit Patel, anchor Siddharth Kannan and Rajeshwari .
