IIFA Music Workshop
Some of the biggest names of the Indian Music Industry like lyricist Javed Akhtar, Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy and Salim Merchant were spotted at the IIFA Music Workshop held in Toronto.

The multi talented Vishal Bhardwaj was also spotted at the event along with Javed Jaffrey and Siddhart Kanan. Javed Jaffrey still seems to be recovering from the leg injury he got during the shooting of Double Dhamaal and was sporting a plaster.

Speaking of the event, IIFA Music Workshop was established to bridge the gap between India and the host country by means of sharing and promoting the music of both countries. This workshop is the ideal platform for Indian and International musicians and other professionals to interact and share ideas with emerging talent.

At the event, live compositions took place as Javed Akhtar wrote a few lines for a song while Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy composed the music for it on stage. Salim Merchant gave an impromptu performance on the piano.
