The Dawat-e-Walima of Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor held in New Delhi was indubitably a gala affair with some celebrated names from politics and Bollywood clicked by the shutterbugs!

Apart from Saif Ali Khan’s daughter Sara Khan, others spotted at the Dawat-e-Walima were Rahul Gandhi, Shahnaz Husain, Prasoon Joshi, Kapil Dev, Madhur Bhandarkar, Amar Singh, Nandita Das, Ajay Jadega, and several others!

Saif Ali Khan’s mother, Sharmila Tagore, interacted with the media and said: “There is nothing special; it is like any other wedding! The main thing is their marriage, so please wish them and bless the couple; that is what we want!”

She added: “The decor is not important, what I am wearing is not important! What is important is the marriage, and the happiness of the couple.”
