Knowing the pull that Chopra productions commands at the box-office, it certainly is a privilege for Shamita to be launched by one of the most sought after directors in Bollywood, Aditya Chopra. In the film Shamita plays a college girl, who falls head over heels in love with a fellow student.
While Shilpa has made her place in the industry (though she has never been in the league of the most sought after actresses), Shamita's future will depend on her performance in the film. She has in her kitty the chance every newcomer craves.
