Rahul Dev to play Laloo in Lajmi’s Chief Ministerji

Kalpana Lajmi has chosen model-turned-actor Rahul Dev to play the role of Laloo Yadav in her next film Chief Ministerji, which is based on the life of Laloo Prasad Yadav
Kalpana had first approached Govinda to play Laloo on screen. However, Chi Chi turned down the offer forcing Kalpana to turn to Rahul Dev, who agreed to do the role.
Kalpana has signed Karishma Kapoor to play the role of Rabri Devi as she thinks the role of Chief Minister’s wife “is very important and requires an actress of Lolo’s caliber.”
