Real life love birds Abhishek Bachchan and Karisma Kapoor will bill and coo together onscreen for the first time in Dharmesh Darshan’s next ambitious project “Haan Maine Bhi Pyar Kiya”.
The film, to be produced by Suneil Darshan also casts Akshay Kumar in an important role. The story is a love triangle with both Akshay and Abhishek vying for Lolo’s heart. While Akshay play’s a rich and enterprising guy Abhishek enacts the role of a simple and small town lad.
To churn out the heart-touching melodies for the film Dharmesh is reported to have roped in Uttam Singh, who had early on created his magic with the mellifluous score of “Dil To Pagal Hai”.
Karisma and Abhishek’s love affair is one of the least talked about things in the tinsel town. While “Haan Maine Bhi Pyar Kiya” is Abhi’s first film with Darshan brothers, Karisma, whom Darshans dub as their lucky mascot, has been a regular in their camp. All in all she has worked with them in three films so far, the latest being “Ek Rishta” in which she was paired with Amitabh Bachchan and Akshay.
