After blockbuster Gadar-Ek Prem Katha, Bollywood producer Nittin Keni is all set make two new films with contemporary themes.
Keni, whose Sunny Deol-starrerGadar-Ek Prem Katha is running to packed houses across the country, wants Aamir Khan to play the lead role in the tentatively titled Waaris.
Khan is also riding high on the box-office success of his period film Lagaan. His next film, a musical-comedy titled Dil Chahata Hai, will be released on August 10.
Keni is on the lookout for a fresh face to play the female lead. He is also planning to cast character actor Amrish Puri, who acted in Gadar as an influential Muslim and the cruel father of Sakina, played by Amisha Patel, in the father's role.
