The newly developed friendship between Sushmita Sen and Tabu has soured as quickly as it had formed.
They are co-stars in Meghna Gulzar’s directorial debut film, Filhaal. And they had taken a liking to each other during the shooting of the film. Everything was hunky dory till the day the duo watched a review of their film.
To her horror, Tabu reportedly found that her role in the film was anything but positive. What is worse, Sush's role had developed quite well and much more fleshed out. So much so that the former Miss Universe has started telling all and sundry that she might win the best actress for her role in the film!
The review is over. And so has the camaraderie between the two actresses, it seems. The two some have stopped calling each other, says the grapevine, since that day.
Though Meghna tries to play down the soured chemistry between her heroines, the fact is Tabu seems unhappy about the fate her character in the film has ‘suffered.’ And that explains the fact that the warmth has gone out of the Tabu-Sush friendship.
