Director J.P. Dutta is reported to have approached Rani Mukherji and Esha Deol to play supporting roles in his next war saga ‘LoC’.
A war drama based on the Kargil conflict, Dutta’s ‘LoC’ boasts of a big star cast including Sanjay Dutt, Sunil Shetty, Abhishek Bachchan, Saif Ali Khan, Ajay Devgan and Manoj Bajpai.
Last week Dutta reportedly signed a bevy of Bollywood beauties – Raveena, Kareena, Mahima and Isha Kopikkar – to play the film’s heroines.
Now he has approached Rani Mukherji to play the love interest of Ajay Devgan in the film. Esha Deol has also been sounded about starring alongside Abhishek Bachchan, but nothing has been finalized as yet.
It may be mentioned that Rani and Ajay will also be seen playing lovers in director Milan Luthria’s soon-to-be-released film Chori Chori.
